Cool decorating and comfortable atmosphere. This not your typical cheesed out Amer-Mexican dishes. Had the taco sampler and 2 vegetarian dishes, unique and absolutely delicious. The price was just right, certainly not overpriced. My new favorite Mexican restaurant.

We had a Groupon for this place. Didn't have trouble finding parking next to Baskin Robbins. Patio seating area seemed dilapidated when viewed from the parking lot. Service was prompt. A couple of entrees on the menu seemed worth a try. The customary tortilla chips was a bit oily and dense probably was made in bulk. Salsa was bleh... Siete Mares (prawns, octopus, clams, mussels, crab legs, tilapia and scallops in a tomato broth) reminded me of a cioppino. Served with limes and crackers. Enchiladas de jaiba (Dungeness crab enchilada) was good too. Served with rice, cheesy beans, cabbage slaw and sour cream. Both these dishes were good but could have been better with a flavor enhancer. It is however worth a try with a Groupon.

I have dined in and ordered take out and both have been good experience. The patio was nice during the summer day. It doesn't have the best view as you're seeing the main road with cars and the dirt/rock parking lot. The food itself was pretty good! Service was quick and attentive. She was really nice in getting our drinks. Take out was what impressed me. When ordering take out from Mexican food, they don't typically include chips and salsa, so I was supervised that they did! That was a nice surprise. We ordered a side order of rice and they also included a lot more than I expected. I thought it would be a small container, but it filled one of those square foam to-go box. My boyfriend like their Arroz con Pollo and Pollo con Crema the most!

Came here thanks to a great deal on Groupon ($15 for $30 worth of food at dinner). The menu has a variety of Mexican classics like tacos, enchiladas, burritos, fajitas, chalupas, tamales, etc. Salad and some soup options aee available too. They have a good choice of beers and offer margaritas (though we only had a Dos Equis this time). I ordered the crab enchilada and easily subbed the rice and beans with salad. The BF ordered the classic enchiladas rojas. The beer came out in a bottle with a chilled glass. Chips and salsa complimentary while you wait. Salsa has a hint of spaghetti sauce flavor to it; otherwise it was tasty. Chips were fresh. When the plates came out, they were large and hot! I was surprised how large my salad was and how fresh it was. There were amole thick slices of avocado too. It was not dressed so I asked for more salsa verde to smother it in. My meal was amazing. The crab enchiladas had real dungeneaa crab in it and suite a lot too. The flavor was so great and not too heavy or salty. The bf seemed to like his enchiladas, rice and beans as well. He even thought the price was good (he usually complains about how expensive Mexican food is up here in WA compared to TX). We were super pleased with our meal and I would definitely want to come back!

I would have to say that this place is not my first choice as far as local Mexican restaurants. The selling point for me though, is the outdoor seating. Great place to sit in the sunshine, have lunch and a few drinks. I ended up ordering the spinach quesadillas that were actually really good. Muy bf ordered a burrito, which was huge, and said it was pretty good. Service was excellent. The menu is pretty typical, they did offer happy hours and specials. If it's sunny out, head on over and sit out back and enjoy.
